Total Resort

Total Resort, developed by Totembird Limited, is designed for Tour Operators and Inbound Agents who contract and sell ancillary products such as excursions, lift passes, equipment hire etc. It provides a central database of all supplier contracts, overseas resort sales and allows reconciliation with supplier invoices. All that is needed to use Total Resort is a web browser and Internet access.

Contracting

The contracting component of Total Resort provides the capability to enter and store all supplier info and associated contracted products. Contracts are captured by Brand, Season and type (e.g. Excursion, Equipment Hire, Tuition, Lift Passes) and can be version controlled (with an associated history) and printed/emailed. As Total Resort is web based the contract details can be easily shared with your suppliers, reservations team as well as overseas staff ensuring they are available to all business areas.

Resort Sales

To assist in the management of resort and pre-departure ancillary product sales, Total Resort provides easy to use web pages to record customer sales and refunds including payment details. This provides a complete audit trail of sales that can be later reconciled with a supplier invoice. Total Resort also summarises sales by individual as well as by resort office and calculates any staff commissions due.

Finance

Total Resort offers many features to support Tour Operators and Inbound Agents needs. From MI reports and extracts to monthly Sales Reports with JV postings to your GL. VAT, Bank Account reconciliation and resort expenses management are also handled within Total Resort.

Other

It is also possible to export contract data from Total Resort for use in your reservation system and/or e-commerce web site. Customer and Sales data can also be imported into Total Resort to provide details of pre-departure anciliary products sold. This may require some bespoke development, which can be provided and quoted on a fixed cost basis.
